April was a busy + fun month! I had a couple trips at the beginning and end of the month, which were lovely. I garnered some new favs during the month amidst all of the craziness!
Beauty favs:
Goop Glow Mask - I had an allergic flare up at the end of March, so I stopped using anything new and really dialed back my skincare at the beginning of April. I had this mask I had been wanting to try and I’m so glad I did because it has quickly become one of my favs. I have noticed a difference in texture + glow since using 2-3x a week!
This La Roche-Posay Moisturizer - I started using this as recommended by my derm during the flare up and… I haven’t stopped using it because I personally love it so much!
These were my two nail combos in April that I loved:

Home:
This candle + this candle scent were my favorite of the month. I keep them on around the house all day!
FB Marketplace finds: We've been having some scores on the marketplace.. this month brought this amazing, basically brand new dresser. It’s actually this dresser in espresso. I love it so much and we put it in my closet nook in the second bedroom where all of my things live! Tips for FB market: be very specific in your search, include brand name, terms like “brand new” “vintage” “antique” “solid wood”, and interior styles/ time periods like: “MCM” “farmhouse table” “70’s outdoor furniture” :)
Etsy is my favorite place for unique home finds. I found this amazing vintage Turkish rug vendor, and the shop often does 50% off. We got our rug during one of the sales and it’s a large rug, so such a good deal! Came in amazing, clean condition and the details + color are gorgeous. Shipped very fast from Turkey!

FOOD:
Ahhhh my fav recap of any month. I got to get my fav salad in LA at La Scala. My order: chopped chicken salad add: red onion, olive, shaved parmesan, basil.. and we tried out a new-to-me spot in Miami called Macchialina! It was deeeelish. We got the Hamachi Carpaccio, Cacio e Pepe, and the insane Lasagna. All of them were incredible and unlike anything we’ve had. Very unique to them which we loved! Highly recommend if you’re in Miami in the near future.
These are my FAV granola bars! I can’t live without them and usually have 2x a day. I wish they were cheaper for the size but they are truly sooo good.

Fav music: In April, I was obsessed with Country (nothing new really lol), but more specifically new country music versus the old classics I usually listen to! Also, I’ve been loving my Italian playlist for the upcoming summer season. Gives me all the Italian vintage summer vibbbessss.
Fashion:
Vintage cuff with black onyx that I scored at of of my fav antique warehouses in LA, The Mart Collective. I’ve also seen similar at the flea markets around LA from amazing vendors with lots of Sterling Silver jewelry made in Mexico. (pic below)
This bra from SKIMS is amazing. Feels like you are wearing nothing! It’s a great everyday bra if you need comfort versus support. I’d prob opt for this SKIMS bra if you’re looking for a little more support but still super comfy! I have a discontinued style that is very similar to the one I linked. I love how the straps aren’t too thick on the SKIMS bras.
I wanted to invest in the right undergarments so I am prepared when I am wearing something more sheer! I got these bandeaus in onyx and sand and they fit amazing and really keep the girls in. Also got these boy shorts in onyx and sand that are easy to wear under a sheer dress/skirt if you need some coverage but want it to peek through.
I was skeptical about these sweatpants! I got them off of a recommendation from Ilana Torbiner and I’m so glad I stuck with them. They keep a casual comfortable look elevated.
Newest denim addition to my collection! These are special because they are elevated and so well made but you can dress them up or down. I love the exaggerated silhouette but its not anything too crazy! I took my true size.
By far my fav clothing item of the month are these cargo pants. I love how versatile they are and again able to be dressed up with a pair of heels or dressed down with flats.
Left on Friday leggings might have changed my life. I adore them! The fit is amazing and the material might be better than Lulu align.
New Balance sneakers - I really was wanting something a little more sporty to wear with athleisure for summer (ie biker shorts + a tank + cardigan or crewneck). They’re in stock and available here! I got mine on ssense.
I was finally able to wear a skirt I had been hoarding because the weather started to cooperate! Love this maxi skirt from Ref. It’s super easy to style and I plan to wear it a ton this summer. Even with a bathing suit top and Havaianas.
I made a list of some designer pieces I was eying last month here and here.

I got to visit the Oliver Peoples Showroom in LA last month and it was magical. I tried on allll the things and I can’t wait to show you which sunnies + optical I picked! I’ve loved OP since my aunt gave me a pair of her vintage 90’s sunnies forever ago and feel so lucky that I was able to visit the showroom! These are up there with my fav pairs that I narrowed down to!

Can’t wait to show you my May favs! Wishing you all the best.
