In an effort to crank out this substack before time reaches the end of July (how is it July?).. here’s my shortlist of June favs!
This dress is what I like to call frolick core. So good- just throw me on a prairie full of flowers. I love this dressing for summer.
My fav red nails always on rotation during summer - OPI Big Apple Red, OPI Red, OPI Color So Hot it Berns, OPI Amore at the Grand Canal
Been living in these Amo tanks. I like them because you can wear a bra with them and they feel very substantial! A lot of you ask me which bra I wear with tanks: same one I wear with everything else- it’s SKIMS! I can’t find the exact (maybe retired?) but this one is very similar from them.
If you’re looking for clean fragrance, look no further than By Rosie Jane. Obsessed with Dylan, James and Leila Lou. And.. very into their corresponding candles!
These evening sandals were a hit in June. I love how comfy the sole is- very comfy to walk around in. (GABS15 for 15% off)
Was craving a red Mary-Jane and absolutely love my Cayumas. I wore them a lot this month.
I am very into this Merit blush because it has the perfect terracotta-brownish- red shade.
Was reminded of how much I love this Ilia balmy gloss in June. Perfect consistency and sheen that I look for in a good gloss.
I never thought I’d love wearing optical glasses again until I got these from Oliver Peoples.
These shorts are comfy af. Drop crotch and chic up your errands vibe.
If you’re an ex tanning addict or wore-zero SPF most of your life (not my proudest moments), than this sunscreen oil is your new bestie. Smells like summer heaven and has SPF 30!
Been having fun styling this piece of prep from J. Crew. Very into this short sleeve cashmere or knit look.
The Rhode glazing milk is that B. It’s actually quite amazing and gives an instant plump and glow effect. I’ve been using it for a month now and it has earned a spot in my medicine cabinet.
This Some September candle is very different than most candles I light. It smells incredibly fresh.
Why is finding art so difficult? Especially a semi-affordable piece of art. I somehow stumbled across this piece from Maria Murphy and it’s the perfect pop on our walls in the Bungalow.
These Ikea chairs were quite the find for our dining room. They look expensive and very well made. I love the rattan + chrome combo- they bring the perfect amount of modern to our vintage-heavy breakfast nook.
I cannot stop with the embroidery. I’m just obsessed. It can turn such a simple/ basic piece into a very personal item with your own flare. Embroider more!
Would be remiss if I didn’t let you know that all I do is grill now. I am a grill girly. Steak + grilled chicken + grilled veggies were very important to me and I think this is going to have to be a year round thing.
My most fav part of June was being with my college friends again. They truly feed so much good energy to me and I was really needing it last month!
Excited to see what July will bring! I am so excited for summer outfits and more beach days.
