The only thing I want to wear lately as we head into fall
All I want to wear lately is a good Oxford button down. Easy to style, and it always makes me feel put together. I thought I’d share some of my favorites with you, and some others we should consider.

It goes without saying, the Sezane Max Shirt is my favorite oxford. It’s perfect (to me). I even reached for and threw it on right after I got engaged to feel a little more me (I was wearing a raggedy crewneck to be fair.. story time soon? lol). I wear a size 4 in the shirt for a little bit of an oversized look. I always get questions if the shirt gets softer with age and the answer is yes. With wear, an oxford gets softer and more lived in, but they are a beautiful weighted cotton, so they’re not as light as poplin. I love it’s crispness after a dry clean. It’s also my favorite thing to gift to my bride friends because Sezane offers complimentary embroidery!
I’ve recently fell in love with the Octobre (Sezane’s menswear brand) Oxfords as well. They fit a bit more slim but they look and feel just as effortless. I’m obsessed with this vintage blue I’ve been wearing a ton. I took a S and M in the one’s I own.

The Go: September in New York City
Last week, I was lucky to spend some time in NYC. I’ve only ever been to New York a handful of times, so each time I get to visit feels super special. The occasion: New York Fashion Week and Jimmy’s work trip overlapping, which could not have worked out more perfectly. It felt so special to celebrate our engagement with some of our friends that happened to be in the city that weekend too.
